We integrate. Our builds connect the tools you already use, including CRMs, ERPs, email, Slack, spreadsheets and databases, into workflows that run themselves. No rip-and-replace, no migration projects, no six-month IT programme.

Automations follow defined workflows: when X happens, do Y. Agents are more autonomous: they make decisions, handle exceptions and act on context. We build both and often combine them, such as an automated ticket system (the automation) with an agent deciding how each ticket gets resolved. We always fit the tool to the job: over-engineering is the most expensive mistake in AI.

Every build is scoped against a number before we start: hours saved, annualised revenue impact, or risk removed. We track it before, during and after deployment, and we report against it. Our case studies carry the results: 60% of manual ops removed, 10x faster processing, a Trustpilot score up from 4.2 to 4.8.
