Nihaar co-founded Squirrel AI after a decade working across investment banking, private equity, and venture capital. He spent years watching businesses leave value on the table through manual, automatable work — and watching consultancies deliver slide decks instead of solutions.

Before Squirrel AI, he was an Investment Executive at Arcus Infrastructure Partners and a VC at Synthesis Capital, where he evaluated and worked with companies across the UK and Europe. That background shapes how he approaches AI projects — through the lens of operational impact, ROI, and what actually moves the needle.

Alongside Squirrel AI, Nihaar serves as Head of AI at Healf — the UK health and wellness e-commerce platform ranked #1 on the Sifted 100 UK & Ireland 2026 list, with a 1,403% two-year revenue CAGR. He is responsible for the company's AI strategy and the automation infrastructure that underpins its operations.

He holds an MA in Economics from the University of Cambridge.
