Nihaar co-founded Squirrel AI after almost a decade working across investment banking, private equity, and venture capital. He spent years watching businesses leave value on the table through manual, automatable work — and watching consultancies deliver slide decks instead of solutions.
Before Squirrel AI, he was an Investment Executive at Arcus Infrastructure Partners and a VC at Synthesis Capital and BT Ventures, having started out at Deutsche Bank. Across those roles he evaluated and worked with companies throughout the UK and Europe. That background shapes how he approaches AI projects — through the lens of operational impact, ROI, and what actually moves the needle.
Alongside Squirrel AI, Nihaar serves as Head of AI at Healf — the UK health and wellness e-commerce platform that is the FT's #1 fastest-growing company in Europe. He is responsible for the company's AI strategy and the automation infrastructure that underpins its operations.
He holds an MA in Economics from the University of Cambridge.
